Discovering DiSC: Introduction to Workplace Communication Styles
The DiSC Behavioral assessment through an engaging and interactive Articulate Rise module. Utilizing the renowned ADDIE model for instructional design, I have crafted a seamless learning experience that incorporates Mayer's Principles of Multimedia and Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction to enhance user engagement and comprehension. Through a meticulously planned instructional design process, I have integrated a variety of multimedia elements including videos, accordion-style tabs, images with text, human voice narration, and closed captions to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences. Each component has been strategically selected to align with Mayer's Principles of Multimedia, ensuring the effective use of visuals and narration to optimize information processing and retention. Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction serve as the foundation for structuring our module, guiding learners through a step-by-step learning experience that maximizes knowledge acquisition and application. From gaining attention and informing learners of the module's objectives to providing opportunities for practice and feedback, every event is meticulously designed to promote active engagement and retention of key concepts. As you navigate through the Articulate Rise module, you will have the opportunity to explore the DiSC Behavioral assessment in a dynamic and interactive format. The combination of multimedia elements, interactive features, and instructional design principles work harmoniously to create a compelling and impactful learning experience that will empower you to understand and apply the principles of the DiSC assessment effectively.

Anxiety
This project dives into the essential topic of coping with anxiety at home through an engaging and interactive Articulate Storyline 360 module. Guided by the renowned ADDIE model for instructional design, we have meticulously crafted a comprehensive learning experience that integrates Mayer's Principles of Multimedia and Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction to enhance engagement, understanding, and application of coping strategies for anxiety. Drawing upon Mayer's Principles of Multimedia, the module features a rich tapestry of visual elements, interactive activities, narrated content, and characters designed to optimize information processing and retention. By combining the power of visuals, narration, and interactivity, I aim to create a compelling and immersive learning environment that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences. Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction serve as the cornerstone of our instructional design approach, guiding learners through a structured, step-by-step learning experience that is both engaging and effective. From setting clear learning objectives and introducing characters to providing pulse checks, knowledge checks, and interactive activities, each event is thoughtfully designed to facilitate active learning and ensure mastery of coping strategies for anxiety. As you progress through the Articulate Storyline 360 module, you will have the opportunity to explore practical techniques and strategies for coping with anxiety in the comfort of your own home. From interactive activities that reinforce key concepts to knowledge checks that assess your understanding, every element is carefully curated to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to manage anxiety effectively.

Six Models of Blended Learning
Using the SAM (Successive Approximation Model) approach in Articulate Storyline 360. Delving into the dynamic topic of "Six Models of Blended Learning," our module is designed to engage, educate, and inspire learners through a structured and iterative design process. Guided by the SAM model, our instructional design journey began with a focus on collaboration, analysis, and prototyping to ensure the seamless integration of content, interactivity, and multimedia elements. By embracing an agile and iterative approach, I was able to refine and enhance the learning experience, incorporating feedback and insights at each stage of development. Through the captivating visuals, interactive activities, and multimedia presentations in our Articulate Storyline 360 module, learners are invited to explore the six models of blended learning in depth, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively blend traditional and online learning methodologies. From the Rotation Model to the Flex Model, each model is presented in a user-friendly and engaging format that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences. As you navigate through our instructional design module, you will have the opportunity to interact with engaging content, participate in meaningful activities, and test your knowledge through assessments and quizzes. By embracing the SAM model and leveraging the capabilities of Articulate Storyline 360, we have created a dynamic learning experience that empowers learners to explore, engage, and apply the principles of blended learning in a practical and meaningful way.

Basic Yoga Poses
Basic Yoga Poses is a Powerpoint that consists of a sequenced design; however, its ideal purpose is to navigate the facilitator's instruction. The instruction included student introductions and a ice breaker, technology checks, learning objectives, an agenda, and pocket to pause and invite student questions. The content was designed to cue the instructor to utilize effective questioning techniques. Once the content portion is completed the PowerPoint includes an interactive activity that includes directions and a time limit. Lastly, the instruction concludes with readdresing the learning objectives, summarizing key points, and seguing into an assessment.
